My widgets are not working on my obs

Good afternoon! I have an issue related to adding chats, alert boxes, followers goals, and all types of widgets to my obs. I know that they are working because I test them before adding them to my obs in a separate window but when I add them to obs it won’t work, my chat, alert boxes etc. I’m really confused about this issue because I’ve tried every tutorial to fixed and I won’t. Well, I already emailed twitch and they told me to contact obs.

Twitch don't provide this services, nor OBS. Streamelements and similar ones do provide this services.
Twitch support pointed you to the wrong place.
