my cap doesn't like the save the settings when it set them through OBS. is there an external properties program you can set this through? also try modifying the webcam properties, then closing and reopening OBS without streaming or recording.I need to delay the mic audio and webcam video by 800 ms to match it to the game capture. The audio buffers fine but the webcam video literally just buffers for a split second before reverting back to how it was without the buffer. I don't know what to do.

I dont have a good answer for you but you could try running OBS as admin to change the setting then close out and run it normally?Been trying that for the past couple of days but it didn't help. The webcam is still not buffering
uninstall the webcam in device manager and check the box to remove driver as well. reboot then reinstall the driver. reboot one more time.i've already done that. Nothing works :((
