When using OBS how do I know if my microphone setting are alright?

Edit: You'll need to go later in the video becuase I forgot to put my microphone on. 23:25 is a good part.

Whether it is all right or not is quite often a subjective thing. Personally though, from giving your stream with my deaf ears, I'd say you need to reduce ingame sound a little bit, definetely cut some volume off your teamspeak and increase the volume of your microphone.
