Question / Help My voice dont hear

This happend instantly. I recorded something last day and I wanted to record something again. Guess what. I dont hear anything. I didn”t changed anything in settings. I dont know what happend I would like some help from staff. Tell me the best settings to hear Amy voce on Laptop ( no microphone , no speakers, no headphone)..
