Question / Help My viewers can sometimes change the quality of the stream sometimes, not.

Hello everyone, i'm twitch affiliate since months now and sometimes my viewers can change my stream resolution settings wich is nice and wich is what i want and sometimes they can't, not even myself.
I'm streaming at 1080p60fps so for many people, they just cant watch my stream because you know... Bad connections.
I didn't touched my settings in obs since then, i was able to change the quality of my stream, my viewers too and since yesterday, they can't.

How can i fix this ? Thanks you.
 
Not an OBS issue. Affiliates have priority about Twitch Transcoding feature, only Twitch Partners always have it enabled.

Affiliates have the Transcoding feature only if the Twitch server have enough power and it dependeds by how many users are actually streaming in that moment.
