My Videos won't stop recording since new update

Hi There,

I updated OBS approximately 1 week ago as it suggested to update version. Since I have updated OBS I have had numerous occasions where I am finishing a video recording but when I hit the stop recording button nothing happens and OBS just continues recording or if I need to pause video it just continues recording as well. How can I fix this issue as its stopping me from being able to get more content out on my YouTube channel.

If anyone knows how to resolve this issue I would be very grateful thank you.

https://obsproject.com/logs/d8GbcjU-bEQL37Uw Thank you deFrisselle, here is link for current log file which I just tried recording a little while ago and what happened was that I could not pause video or stop recording I had to completely close OBS studio and before I tried recording this I did uninstall OBS and re install OBS to see if this would solve the issue but sadly it has not.

ouch - something else is going on with this PC to have that much lag.
