Question / Help My video twinkle

Hi, i dont know how to speak english very well so sorry if i make some mistakes

My question is that when i record something it doesnt matter how long it is. The record or video starts blinking and it doesnt stop i dont know how to stop it so please help me.

Without knowing anything else, my guess is that you are trying to capture a game in fullscreen mode using Monitor or Window capture, which you can't do. If you want to captrue a game with those methods, the game has to be in Windowed mode (or Borderless Windowed Mode)
