Question / Help My video is shown twice on screen and sound even three times

Hey there.
Just tried my first time streaming something...
I just installed the OBS and don't know much about it.

Hope this is the correct way to ask things.

When I stream my video is seen twice. And on one side there is just blackscreen. Or do I need to have the same resolution in my game capture as I have on my options? A picture of that is inserted
And my sound is not that great because it records everything I hear on them and so I recorded one ad with it and it is replay and replayed...
Has someone any idea what I could try out to fix that?

You're not using game capture as a global source are you? I'm confused as to what's going on here. As for the sound, you're not watching your stream while streaming are you? That will cause echo.
