My Video capture device shows this image, what should i do?

Hello, i really need help because i tried using my camera,but it doesnt work on streamlabs and on obs. for example on discord when you get ina call it shows my camera,here's the image that i see.

my camera is alowed on privacy, i tried doing the existing device to upload, then i did the create new and nothing works so please tell me what to do.

OBS will not pick up your camera if it the source is active in another program etc.
Close all other programs that may have it in use and open OBS/Streamlabs first.

see the problem is i checked everything, its not even running on obs, last night it said it did, but today, unfotunately. i watched so many videos and found only one video that had the same problem and he made the video to ask what to do?. so idk i just cant use the camera i guess
