i record with 40 Fps but when i watch my video back i see constant freezes in the video??

how can i get it away? its quite anoying :)

First, use nvidia control panel to set OBS to high performance so it runs on the nvidia instead of the intel. Second, set OBS to nvidia in the video tab of OBS. that iwll help yout load issues.

Third, set for to 30 and bitrate/customer buffer to 2500
