My USB mixer is only showing up as one channel in OBS. It's fine everywhere else.

My computer microphone and webcam microphone show two channels, but when I switch to my USB mixer I only see the top line of audio in the VU meter. It plays mono, but, I'd really like to to be able to pan things left and right. Any time I select USB audio, I lose my balance control.
Any help is appreciated.

Forgot to mention. This is on a Lenovo Yoga. When I used my Macbook Pro, I had stereo USB from my mixer, but the computer was too slow and video was horrible. Now, I've got great video with the Lenovo, but mono.
 
I think I'm honing in on the problem... Seems to be with the Lenovo. I've seen other posts with the same issue. Again, USB interface to Mac = Stereo in OBS. USB interface to Lenovo = Mono in OBS.
 
I just updated drivers from Lenovo. Same issue. I guess my question now is... Is there a list of computers that won't handle USB Audio Interface Stereo? Or, is there a list of interfaces that this problem would not happen?
