My UI Is Jumbled, Even on Fresh Install

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me identify what is wrong with my user interface. This happened last week. I have uninstalled and removed seeing, scenes, etc. multiple times but every time I reinstall I am seeing this. I am running the latest version 27.2.4. Thank you.

In the main menu Try Docks/Reset UI..
