Question / Help My twitch tv stream quality looks kinda bad

Hi there I've been curious about live stream but my quality when viewing it looks kinda bad, like it's not clear or as crisp as others. Maybe I am doing something wrong? I was hoping someone could suggest setting so I can stream in either 1080p or 720p where it looks clear and not grainy.
My specs
Intel i5 4690k
Msi gtx 970 graphics card
16 gigs of ram
50 download 5 upload speed internet

Do a live stream at least five minutes long containing high action content, then post the OBS log and the link to the VOD of the stream.

I suggest setting it to 720p resolution and 30fps with a bitrate of at least 2000kb/s, assuming you're an un-partnered streamer on Twitch.
