Question / Help My Twitch Stream is Extremely Laggy Plz Help ASAP

So I recently formatted my PC and lost all of my Twitch Settings for OBS.
I got Windows 10 and I decided to go with the OBS Studio Download for my Streaming because I do video editing too.

What kind of GPU are you using in that laptop? It isn't listed in the log file for some reason.
