My Sub alert sounds buggy

Hi everyone, my sub alert has begun sounding buggy. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?

I'm streaming to both YouTube and Twitch at the same time. Also, I have Spotify, Discord, and Opera Browser running during my streams.

I'm using StreamLabs alert box for my alerts. Here is my log file; not sure if this is the correct one from the clip I posted below: https://obsproject.com/logs/LtXdSCRvItiBCYG9

The sound clip is of me during gameplay: https://clips.twitch.tv/MildArborealSpindleUnSane-_556_ng2ZfFX5vLY

i am in same situation
I didn't found how to solve the issue with the browser, look like there's a issue with twitch alert and OBS "browser source"
However i noticed that window capture work really well so what i have done is i silenced the audio of the browser and on my web browser i made a new window with the url of the twitch alert and hide the window behind

I tested it with record and it "bypassed" the issue so it work
But that a new window and a new source so more set-up, it work but i wish the source "browser" could work correctly for it.

The alert i used is with Twitch alert (i think it can work the same with streamelement element)
