well, that's because i was streaming yesterday and started obs a few times . Should I change it to when I am streaming?

Go to logs directory. Search one containing "Streaming start" section

So,you have to configure OBS to use Milan Twitch Ingest server. Quality=74
R1ch recommends servers above 80 quality.

Maybe you need to talk to your ISP

Or try TCPOptimizer

Rlly? I thought it was from the CPU because that day the.cpu temp had exceeded 80 degrees. Is that normal? Btw I haven't cleaned my pc since august 2015. I am not sure if I am with stock cooling is it bad for my CPU?
