Question / Help My stream skips every 4 seconds. Any help?

My stream and video all run fine at a high fps, but every 4 or 5 seconds it stutters for about half a second and goes back to fluid again. Any help??

Need an OBS log from a 5 minute or longer stream of high action video where the problem occurred.
