my stream should be fine but it isnt

to keep it brief I simply want to stream minecraft and I stream at a high video output and with good bitrate and I have no lag but as seen in the picture it still seems low resolution or bitty, my game quality is good but the streams isnt, any suggestions or ideas as to why would be greatly appreciated :) as I believe it should be running very well or at least better than it is.
