Question / Help My stream seemings extremely laggy

Hello,

I've been trying to stream recently and I have noticed that the output stream doesn't look near 60 fps. Looks extremely choppy at times and a lot of fps drops.

I am currently running my stream at downscaled to 720p at 60 fps on 3.5k bitrate and 3.5k buffer size.

Ingame i am running at 125 fps and even in OBS it shows my capture at 60 fps and really smooth. However, the moment I got to my stream page I notice how the gameplay is extremely choppy and laggy.

My specs are:

I7-3770k
GTX 680
16gb ram
1920x1080 monitor
Internet : 50/50

Doesn anyone know how to possible fix this?

Use the veryfast x264 preset.

I have used the JTVPing to test which serveri s the best and I am using the best one.
