Dropping frames indicates a network problem. Either your connection isn't sufficient, or the server you're streaming to can't handle that bitrate. Try changing stream servers, or lowering your bitrate.
Also, looks like you may be pushing things too hard, some frames were skipped due to taking too long to encode. Might want to dial down on your FPS or downscale your resolution below 720p as well.
