Question / Help My stream looks laggy/choppy, but my FPS in game is fine.

I'm getting 100+ fps in game, but when I load the stream, it's super choppy. I'm streaming Rocket League and it doesn't start until I start moving around, when I sit still everything looks smooth.

I've tried messing around with the bitrate and it seems 1500 works best for the least choppiness.
