Question / Help My stream lags when open OBS

Hello people know what happens with OBS? When I open it the game gets slow or heavy, with delay, I thought it was something of the mouse but no, everything is fine. It really is annoying and very uncomfortable to play. This happens independently if I start streaming or not and playing with 200-300 fps.
The fall of fps is minimal, you hardly notice it even stremeando, I use the AMD encoder (gpu) since x264 occupies a lot of CPU and lower more fps, but in a matter of fps everything is fine. The use of cpu, ram and gpu is normal.

Need a logfile from a stream session.

Open OBS.

Start streaming.

Wait until you experience your problem.

Stop streaming.

Upload log.

Same issue. This log shows the program starting up, and then shutting down. No recording or stream attempt.

Same.

No recording or stream attempt. You need to open the application, start a session, observe your problem, and then STOP the session in order for data to be written to the log. If you upload after stopping, but before closing the application, that's the CURRENT log. If you quit the application, and then restart it, that's the LAST LOG.

A little GPU overload. Don't know if that is enough to cause your issue. Might just be your i3 is overloaded trying to run the game and OBS.
