Question / Help My stream keeps lagging and skipping

Is the issue mostly with the buffering symbol appearing when watching it on Twitch?

The log looks mostly, OK, with a few dropped frames. You could try lowering your bit rate to see how that helps.

yes, the buffering symbol is so annoying. Tried lowering fps, resolution and bit rate, but nothing helps. Nice quality, but unwatchable due to that symbol.

Yes. tried anything and streaming lags, but recordings are good.

Have you tried streaming to a different server?

It may be unwatchable for you, but that doesn't mean it's unwatchable for others. All it means is that you can't download your own stream from Twitch fast enough.

I live in Sofia, Bulgaria and the closest twitch server to me is Prague,Cz with an avarage ms of 28. I don't think that other servers can make things better even with my 20 MBs upload speed. When I watch my recorded video in the dashboard, it has no buffering though. It has to be a problem with twitch. Are there any other streaming sites where i can test?
Edit: I am using a router. Can this be a problem?

run JTVPing and verify that your on the best server, the closest one may not be the best option. you want jitter and ping to be as low as you can get.
dont stream in 60fps, you nor the viewers will ever see a difference between 45 vs 60.
last off, if you're not partner drop your kbps to 2500 and move your preset to either fast or medium. just make sure while streaming and gaming your cpu stays below 85%.

Same story, seems like I shouldn't bother anymore. I am not partnered with twitch, since I am new to streaming and I am being watched by my friends only which get a lot of bufferings on my stream . At least my recorded files look ok, lol.

Location and ping aren't indicators of best server, but they are rules of thumb. You should try far away ones anyway.

You can try streaming to hitbox.tv instead if you want.
