My stream is showing rerun instead of my recording live

My twitch viewers notified me that my stream is showing rerun instead when I'm streaming live. Twitch staff told me to contact you to help me fix this.

The only way to do a rerun is being actively capturing and streaming a past VOD. So you have to watch your own VOD, capture it and stream it. Or use a VOD on your computer you may have recorded.

A time ago Twitch allowed reruns from their own site. So, if you're not actively capturing a VOD and streaming it, then and most probably is an issue on Twitch side caused by a bug.

I shouldn't have reruns available since my account doesn't meet that requirement. I managed to fix it by unchecking the rerun option in my dashboard, having the check there had my stream show a rerun instead of me being live.

where did you find it exactly?? because my stream now says its a rerun not me being live....
