streaming to Twitch

Stream looks fuzzy/blurry and not 60fps while stream it's not that clear and smooth even my obs status on stats are all green with zero drop frames,
But it looks better after I ended the stream and watch it as a video, still a bit blurry but I think it is 60fps

Do i need to change something?

These are my settings and info.
My internet is 100mbpsdownload and 100mbpsupload

Run your Asus monitor in it's native/supported resolution (1080p) & drop the refresh rate to 120HZ.

Run your HP monitor in it's native resolution (1920x1200) @ 60HZ

OBS Base & Ouput Resolution 1080p/60

Also capture in 1080p.

You had the correct encode settings on this try. Multipass may be set to qres if desired. Some of them Fullres was set, it's too slow for real time encoding.
