Question / Help My stream is laggy/delayed

My stream is really laggy/delayed. I have 10 mbps for my upload speed. I have a i5 7500 and a RX480. My bitrate is 2500 and I don't understand why it's so laggy and freezes all the time. Put in the comments what I need to show you and I will as soon as possible. I can't seem to find where log is on StreamLabs obs so if someone can help me find it I will upload it as soon as possible. Thanks for reading and hopefully someone can help
 
I’m having same problem I have 10 up and can sometimes not even stream 2000 bitrate at 720p 30fps and I have i72600k and gtx970 when I should be able to stream at 3500 bitrate 720p 60fps cause my pc should be able to handle and my internet should I’ve tried a lot of stuff and nothing has happened if I find anything that helps I will tell you ASAP
