Question / Help My stream is lagging

Okay ,so ive made everything possible so my stream wont lagg.And i made it but for twitch android app and IOS.Recently a friend told me that my stream is running perfectly on his android device but when he looked at the desktop version of twitch he got lagged.Here's my log file

Go back to Settings > Advanced and put the renderer option back to Direct3D.
