My stream is lagging/stuttering

Hello, I try to stream apex legends on twitch but my stream lags/stutters when I watch it on other devices. I used the auto-configuration tool but is still lagging. The file below is my log file. Your help is much appreciated. :)

Look at your log fail. The forum many times was spoken basic mistakes!!!But you are already lazy to delve into the problem!Nice when someone else fixes everything!!!

1 ) u set monitor refresh rate = 144, must be 120 !
2 ) D3D11 GPU priority setup failed (not admin?) = run OBS with administrator permisions!
3 ) set fps in game 60 or 120
4 ) use NVenc encoder
5) for game streaming use game capture!
