Question / Help My stream is lagging on smartphones

Hello everyone,
i stream now for few months and i have a really annoying problem. My stream stucks on smartphones and i dont know why. i tried so many things but it doesnt work anything. i tryied things like slower my bitrate or change the twitch server. i have 10k up and i usually stream with 3k. (now with 2500) but i also tried to stream with 1000 bits. the stream continued to stuck on smartphones. btw my encoding profile is main and i tried also every presets.i dont know what i could try else. my stream works perfectly on a pc and looks very good on it, but there are many viewer who want to watch my stream on a smartphone so i hope anybody here can help me.

You have no control over the transcoding performed for mobile viewers and no control over how well data is transferred from the streaming service to those mobile viewers.

ok but how comes that i can watch other streams perfectly on my smartphone. mostly every stream works on my smartphone but my stream stucks.

There's nothing you can do on your end to help your viewers achieve faster bandwidth between their mobile phones and twitchTV/hitbox

the most you can do is post a thread on twitch or hitbox's forum
