Question / Help My stream is freezing

Hey guys, basically what the title says, my stream is lagging roughly every 5-10 seconds, some times it even reloads the stream (not the webpage, just the stream)
Im streaming to Twitch.tv, ive tried to stream to hitbox.tv for around an hour and noticed it didnt lag as much.

EDIT: forgot to mention, i have tried dropping the video kp/s down to 2500, the lag is still happening, roughly the same times ETC.

EDIT 2: ive also tried dropping down the fps to 30, along with the 2500kp/s, still nothing.

For non-partnered streamers, it's recommended to be more around 1500 k/b. Because there's no quality options, and because you're not partnered I think it's something to do with Twitch giving you some sort of quality cap or something? I'm not 100% sure what it is, but it's something similar to what I've said.

hmm =/ ive a friend that streams on 1800 and i have noticed his doesnt buffer, but i just thought that might of been one of his settings.

ill try dropping the quality down to 1500 then building up from that with 100's (1500 - 1600 - 1700 ETC)

UPDATE: ive tried dropping my kp/s down and its still freezing. yesterday i done an all nighter and decided to stream at around 4am BST and noticed the stream froze like 2 times in around a 3 hour period. I also tried streaming on hitbox again and its freezing aswell.

ive also noticed that when i watch people that are streaming on 3500kp and arent partnered their stream freezes similar to mine, but it only appears to be me as i would ask friends if its freezing for them aswell.

Any ideas?
