My stream is flashing on and off

Hello everyone i've looked tones of tuto for configurating my stream but i never find a solution to my issue, as the title say my stream and only my stream is flashing on and off when i play Cod modern warfare( proof here at 5:50 https://www.twitch.tv/videos/774371287 ). At the first installation of OBS everything was working fine (i used game capture -use a specific window and add COD) but i touched some setting affter looking at a tuto in order to gain more fps and then my stream become bad in terms of quality. So i decide to uninstall and reinstall OBS.

After that i had this issue,i tried to use screen capture but the game was'nt running as good as before, it was laggy and not smoothe.

Salut, essaye de changer l'encodeur à x264, avec un i9-9900K, ton processeur est bien mieux que ta carte graphique pour encode en 1080p.
English reply : Change encoder to x264, since you have a i9-9900K, the cpu is better than the graphics card for encoding @1080p

j'avais deja essayé de faire ça et j'ai remarqué que mon cpu était a 100% sur le moniteur du gestionnaire de tache du coup j'ai changé et ça ne resoud pas le probleme.

I already tried to do this but my cpu was at 100% on the task manager so i changed this setting but it did'nt solved the issue

Bizarre que avec un i9-9900K tu monte à 100%, ça prouve à mon avis le problème vient de l'encodeur, essaye de diminuer les sources (browser sources, etc...) et test après j'ai regardé ta vidéo et tu n'avais aucune source visiblement, sauf l'overlay discord, il me semble avoir vu des personnes avoir des soucis de lag avec l'overlay discord et obs en même temps

Comment ça aucune source? Je n’ai pas bien compris comment je peux diminuer les sources .J’ai enlevé discord et j’ai toujours le même problème de scintillement...

Tu peut mettre des limites framerate sur tes sources, après certains browser sources pompe pas mal de cpu mais on ne sait pas si le problème vient de là, si tu veut add sur discord je peut essayer de regarder ça sera plus simple.
