Question / Help My stream is choppy or it won't even unfreeze for viewers

Hey there, I'm new here. Some time ago I wanted to stream but my computer wouldn't let me. Now that I've upgraded I thought it would be a good time to start and so, I installed OBS and asked some friends to make it work because I know absolutely nothing about OBS settings and all that kind of stuff. They did it, and when I went playing CSGO, my fps were between 250-400 but the stream, for some reason is either super choppy or, as of its state right now, it is frozen for viewers. You can hear the audio but the video won't move from a certain frame. I believe my OBS settings are all messed up as I honestly don't know how to use it lol.

You can ask me for anything you need about my settings, I would just like to stream ):

CPU: i5 6600k 3.5GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 16GB

Upload: 105mb/s

Thanks in advance!

1. You really should post a log.
2. Limit the fps in CSGO to your monitor refresh-rate.
3. In the Game Capture Source Properties in OBS, select the limit capture fps option.
4. Did I mention posting a log?

As I mentioned, it's my first time there, therefore, I know nothing about this. Got the log but couldn't find that "Game Capture Source Properties"

You are using Classic, which would explain why you don't see the options I mentioned. Please upgrade to Studio. Classic has been dead for about a year.

Oh alright, I see. Could the problem itself be related to that as well?
Cause I think it shouldn't be a problem to stream on my pc
