Question / Help my stream is buffering ( loading video)

Hi my stream is buffering. i am from Prague, i have tried it with and without the router, i have tried to upload Longer-term sharing server and everything works perfectly, stream on youtube perfectly, just the twitch with a higher bitrate is bad. My video work corectly only when i set bitrate on speed 1100Kb/s . But my internet speed is 50/34 so i can set bitrate on high ( 3500 ). If it does so is Buffering ( loading video ). i use OBS for my streaming. please help me. On Mondey my stream work corectly on 3500Kb/s bitrate on 2 hours. Than not work again Internet work well.

Same problem, i have 100/20 and twitch continue to buffer, even if i set bitrate at 1800, 720p and 30 fps...theoretically i can stream in perfect condition and quality, but i don't know why i can't

The good news is that I'm not alone . You deal with it somehow? Yes, i set bitrate 1500 so still buffering , i dont know what is it and where is error. i try all
