Question / Help My stream freezes all time

Hey, i have a problem with my stream, i read the post it and try to repair but couln't plus i speak english very very bad :(

When i try to streaming my stream freeze all time and i don't know why because y think i have all good. i have captures ^^

-i5 2500k
-8GB ddr3 1200hz
-Gtx 550 ti

Just to clarify, this is something you observe while trying to watch your own live stream, yes? If you go back and watch the VOD/recording on Twitch after you're done streaming, does that play back okay?

Umm i dont try but this morning my friends was helpping and they see the stream stopped all time :/

Thx, i down my bitrate to 2500. I understand the problem not me, the problem was my friend with bad internet.

It's a common problem for streamers using 3500 Kbps, some viewers just have trouble getting the data from Twitch fast enough. Unless you're partnered, streaming at ~720p and 2000-2500 Kbps usually works better.

I have in 2500 but any people have problem. I try to 1500? or 2000?
