Hi i really need help i have tried a bunch of diffrent settings but my stream keeps lagging.

It would really be better if you posted a complete log, because those logs are missing some important data.

It looked like you were having some performance issues in the first stream, but not due to high bit rate. It's hard to tell because you cut out information from the logs.

On none of those logs does it look like you're having problems with dropped frames, and outside of the first one, you don't have many late frames, either. I'd say the problem is more on the end of whoever is watching the stream/VOD.
