Question / Help My stream comes out choppy

It starts out good, but by 20 minutes it gets choppy. I'm starting to think my ISP is throttling me down. Any way to confirm or is it something else?

I also attached the log of that stream.

EDIT: I have ran these setting before on 3000 bit etc, the problem is new and has happened the past few streams. Sometimes the stream will freeze altogether making me restart the stream. Its also not consistent. In parts of the video it clears up, then gets choppy again.

Your cpu usage is too high probably you should stream just in 720p.

k thanks for the reply,, i'll give that a shot, but when i first started running the faster bit rate it was working fine.

Probably you wasnt running any game. Also check. That no stream / video is running while you streaming. It cost around 20 % of your cpu usage. I wish some nice christmas days.
