Basically, I open my stream while I'm playing some League of Legends. At one point in the game, my guy is running around but nothing within the game is happening. When I check skype it says I'm online, when I check my connection, it says I'm online. It started working again until about 5 minutes later, I was chasing someone when things skipped and then my guy just froze. Same thing as before, skype says I'm online, wifi says I'm online, but I can't browse the internet or move in game. Weird thing is, I was able to talk in the in game chat a little bit but then that stopped and started and stopped again. I'm not sure what is causing this. I just got new internet yesterday so that I could stream. I use monitor capture and my webcam during my stream.

Edit: I moved into a new apartment a few days ago and set up my computer again. My webcam, which I use for video and microphone, seems to be recognized and then at times not recognized. If I open up the software for it, it says no webcam detected. When I go to take a picture with it, I can see myself moving. When I switch to video, it just dies on me. Could this affect the problem?
