I created a stinger transition using my logo but there is a black background not like what I saw in the Tube Buddy tutorial video.. how can I remove the black background?

You need to encode the stinger video with alpha transparency included in the video.
There is no way at present to chromakey or lumakey a stinger, you MUST encode with alpha when creating the stinger video.
