Question / Help My steam is pixelated and just look's crappy (high end PC)

Hello my PC specs are I7 4790k, GTX 970 (EVGA), 16GB DDR3 (RAM)

I think i just have bad settings

If you're using this to stream you've got the video output too high for your connection. At most (if that) you'd be able to stream at 480p not 1080.

That's what it looks like at 1080p@30fps at 3000 kbps bitrate.
