My settings is ok?

Good evening everyone.
I've been streaming on my PS4 Pro for about a month now.
I bought an Elgato HD60 S+ and the Chat Link.
I connected an external screen so that I can use my pc only with the OBS program.
These are the settings I entered:

When I'm streaming I have no dropped frames, both on the network and on rendering.
The average frame creation time is 0.7/0.8.
Do you think it's okay?
In the settings that I posted, do I have to change some profiles or is everything fine like this? (maybe include low latency?)

The automatic configuration advised me if I remember correctly between 4300 and 4500 bitrates (i have a 1gbit connection)
But he also recommended a different encoding despite me having an Nvidia 3050ti :\

what should I do? just lower the bitrate? how much?

More bits isn't going to make it look better unless you start streaming 1080p60 4500bps is good for 720p60
