Question / Help My settings for OBS, NVENC or X264? I have gone around and around with this question

Ok so i am here to figure out what exactly i should be running stream at. Id like to stream at 720p/60fps on Twitch but I've gone to many sources and decided to go to the forums to see what would be better. Any help would be much appreciated! Im tired of searching.
Specs:
CPU: I7 - 6700K
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 16GB
