My screen capturing stopped while recording. It keeps on doing that after some times

I don't know if you recently upgraded to MacOS Sequoia but as soon as I did this started happening every 20 or so minutes. I teach all day long, so now I have to either quit OBS and relaunch (better) or go through every screen capture (I use a lot) and go into properties, switch it to capture something else and then switch it back....
