My red lines/box around images or captures are gone?

Hello,
I'm using OBS for a while now and come against a problem that I can't fixe. I have it now for a few days and watched a lot of tutorials etc.., I installed a while ago the plugin OWN3D, after a while, I removed it, because I wanted te create my own lay-out. But now when I upload an Image or Display Capture.., I don't have the red lines around the frame anymore. So I can't resize my images and I don't like that. Does anyone know how I get the red lines/box back?
For the people who doesn't know what I mean by 'red lines', look at the picture. This is wat I'm missing right now. Can somebody help me? Please..

The red lines around a source are for moving and resizing. When the source is locked, the lines disappear so these possibilities are no longer available. You should unlock the source using the padlock icon next to it.
