My recordings sometimes turn out "choppy"

@Kraezy When using streamlabs and disabled windows defender was the stuttering definitely gone?

I have zero issues now in my recordings or streams.

I sometimes get the odd skip/slow down in SLOBS preview window but after a few seconds it disappears, but these are a rarity now.
Recordings and streams are unaffected by this though, they are buttery smooth, even when reviewing back at the point where the slow down occurred in the preview window. (call me paranoid, I was still double checking for a while)

is there any possibility of knowing exactly what you disabled in windows and what kind of settings you used in the nvidia panel?
and the other question is if you transmit with double pc and how do I configure it.

Specify the steps as some kind of small guide.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I would be really grateful.

I'll compile a detailed settings list for both Windows, NVCP and disabled services etc.
Will post something tomorrow, as off to bed shortly.

I'm running a 2 PC configuration through NDI

Thanks for the help, I did some tests with no positive result. I await your recommendations.

Hi everyone! I know this thread is old but I have had this issue since the threads creation. I just wanted to say that I was able to come across a strange fix. Upon finally updating to Windows 11, everything works fine now. I had previously tried fresh installs of Windows, but they were all Win10. I replaced parts, troubleshot, even took the thing into a repair shop and couldn't get anywhere, until today.

Not sure if this is a universal fix, but it helped me, so maybe it could help you.

Thanks for all the effort!
