Question / Help My recordings are laggy

Hey, I think this is quite a common issue but I cant seem to find a fix that works.

I am recording locally for YouTube and the result is very laggy and choppy (cant think of better words for it).

I have uploaded my log file! thanks :)

Specify a crf value like the recording guide said to and use the ultrafast preset.
