This is how my output settings look like:
I've recorded a game, in which I have 200+ FPS and no lags. I noticed some stuttering in the resulting video. The video settings are set to 60 FPS, the result however feels more like 15. Process Priority is set to High. I may not have a top tier PC, but I have 2070 Super and Ryzen 7 3800X, which I think should be enough to record Portal 2 in 60 FPS. (Don't know if it matters, but my monitor is 3840x2160 60Hz, the video is recorded at 1080p)
