So I have my rate control at CQP, 20 CQ level because I want my recordings to look good but still able to play the game i'm wanting to play. Recently I was told that you cant have good quality without big files sizes so I changed over to CQP. It was good at first but after like the first recording it looked bad again. I want my recordings to actually look like 1080p60 but I cant find any guides. Please help.
My recording quality looks trash on CQP.

Oh, it is just very grainy
