Question / Help My Recording is very Choppy Help?

I've been trying to get into YouTube for a while now and I built a computer that I thought was sufficent but I havent been able to record a non-choppy video and I need help.

Im sure your using too low of a bitrate for your recordings, try increasing it from 750 to 2000-2500 for 720p

How do I describe it. It's kind of like a static thing popping on the screen its not skipping or anything its just like a static thing pops up when there is movement on the screen and I don't know what to do about it. I tried those settings and it didn't fix it.

Your experiencing pixelation in your videos, which is mainly caused by a poor internet connection, or not enough bitrate, your logs say your trying to stream at 720p, but only using 750 as your bitrate, which isnt sufficient.

It might be my internet because the pixels become more and more as I raise the bit rate.

Yeah the more you increase the bitrate, the more upload it'll consume. Have you tested your internet speeds at all?
