Question / Help My recording drops frames EVERY TIME!

So I recently have been trying to record fortnite gameplay and I seem to keep running into the problem where I record it and then go to re watch the footage and it drops frames consistently. ill add a log here. please help.

You're overload your video card.

And "dropped frames" is the wrong term, as you're not streaming.
