Bug Report My Problem Cannot initialize desktop audio sound

Check your Audio tab in OBS settings. What is your desktop audio device set to? If it is set to default, you may run into problems.

Click on the dropbox next to "Desktop Audio Device:" then press printscreen, go into paint and press paste or control+v, then save the image and upload it to a website such as http://www.imgur.com and copy the image link here.
